Destiny Church launching a first-of-its-kind clothing boutique
Rocklin, CA: Destiny Christian Church has set plans to open a clothing boutique in Rocklin, California called “Destiny Threads” on Saturday, October 16th at 9:00am. This new storefront, located on Sunset Boulevard, will be the first-of-its-kind in the region. Unlike a thrift store or retail space, Destiny Threads will offer new and gently used clothing at no charge to members of the community in a dignified shopping experience.
“Destiny Church has a 30-year history of loving the community. Destiny Threads is another way we can practically show the community we believe in them and support them. The pandemic has devastated neighbors in our community. No one should go without the necessities of life. Destiny Threads serves to make sure they don’t.” Greg Fairrington, Lead Pastor
Destiny Threads will service a critical benevolent service in the community:
- Appointment-based shopping
- Free clothing, shoes, and accessories
- Provide mental health, food, and spiritual resource for families in need
Destiny Threads is located at 2620 Sunset Blvd #140 and will begin servicing the community by appointment on Monday, October 18th. The church will be hosting a grand opening event at the storefront location on Saturday, October 16th at 9:00am.
About Destiny: Destiny Christian Church is a Pentecostal church located in Rocklin, California — under the leadership of Pastors Greg and Kathy Fairrington.
